There are a few potential reasons why you haven't received your password reset email once clicking on the 'Forgot Password' option on the log in page. Here are a few things to check:
1. Try resending the email again. It may be it just didn't quite stick the first time.
2. A good thing to check is whether you actually have created your Bramble account yet. (Bear in mind, having live sessions within a Bramble Room is separate to having a Bramble account). If not, this will explain why you haven't received the email. You will be able to test this - if you go to my.bramble.io/sign-up and are successfully able to register with us, then that means an account did not exist under your email beforehand. Once you have created your account, you will see all of your session recordings on your sessions page: my.bramble.io/sessions.
3. It may be there is an email filtering system blocking our emails from your end. This would be something worth checking with your email provider or school/workplace (if applicable). You can also get in touch with us at email@example.com.
