Once a block has been confirmed and hasn't yet begun, there are a few changes you can easily make as a teacher from the Block details page.
Walkthrough on how to make changes to a confirmed block
1. Change the date/time of specific sessions.
Just click on the specific date to change the time of it. You can do this for any session before the block has begun. Make sure you have contacted the tutor and students to make sure they can make the new times before making any changes. They should also receive an automated notification in an email.
2. Change the students attached to the block.
Just click on one of the students' names to make the changes. Click on a student to either untick or tick them as necessary from the drop down menu.
We recommend making sure students are registered before doing this.
3. Change the teacher attached to the block.
Just click on the teacher to change the teachers assigned to the block. If you are un-assigning yourself from the block, do bear in mind that this will completely remove the block from your account and it will instead appear in the other teacher's account/s.
