The best device to access Bramble on is a computer (laptop / desktop) running Google Chrome. If it’s a touchscreen computer, even better. So if you have access to a computer, that is the best thing to use.
If you have an iPad or Android tablet, then the best way to use that is as a secondary device for drawing. First connect on your computer and then open the same link on your tablet and choose to Join Without Voice.
If you only have access to an iPad or Android tablet, or even an iPhone or Android phone then you can use that for a full session but the voice connection and recording is less reliable, which is why we recommend using a computer whenever possible. If you are on an iPad or iPhone you need to use Safari. On everything else, you should use Chrome.
Finally, if you only have access to a computer and would like to improve your drawing capability then you can consider investing in a drawing tablet (they are very reasonably priced!): https://about.bramble.io/blog/best-drawing-tablet-for-online-tutoring.html
